These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all services provided under the name Fuzed Hosting, a sub-brand of 112 Nieuws Nederland, located at Van Brerostraat 59, 7312 VL Apeldoorn, The Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce: 71903496). By ordering or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
We provide hosting services including game servers and website hosting. Orders are placed via our official Discord (invite link) and confirmed by invoice from 112 Nieuws Nederland.
Hosting services are provisioned instantly and are considered digital services. As such, no refunds are provided once the service is active, except where required by Dutch or EU law.
You may not use our services to:
Violation may result in immediate suspension without refund.
We provide best-effort backups (daily snapshots for websites, automatic backups on some game server plans). However, customers are solely responsible for maintaining their own backups. We are not liable for data loss.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service in the three months prior to the incident. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or third-party actions.
You may cancel your service at any time via Discord ticket. We may suspend or terminate services if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or engage in abuse.
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Gelderland, The Netherlands.
