112 Nieuws Nederland, located at Van Brerostraat 59, 7312 VL Apeldoorn, The Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 71903496, is responsible for processing personal data as described in this policy. Fuzed Hosting is a trade name and sub-brand under 112 Nieuws Nederland.

1. Personal data we process

We may collect and process the following personal data:

• Name and contact details (email, Discord username, billing address).
• Payment details (processed via Mollie, PayPal, Stripe, bank transfer, or Tikkie – we do not store full card data).
• Technical data such as IP addresses, server logs, and usage information.
• Support tickets and communications.

2. Purpose and legal basis

Your personal data is processed in order to:

• Provide and manage our hosting services.
• Process payments and send invoices (in the name of 112 Nieuws Nederland).
• Offer customer support via Discord and email.
• Comply with Dutch tax and legal obligations (for example, 7-year retention of invoices).

3. Data storage and retention

Invoices and payment records are stored for at least 7 years in accordance with Dutch tax law. Support tickets and Discord communications are retained for a maximum of 24 months. Server backups are retained for short operational periods only and are not guaranteed.

4. Data sharing

We only share your personal data with third parties when necessary for our services, such as:

• Payment providers (Mollie, PayPal, Stripe, banks for transfers, Tikkie).
• Discord (for support communication).
• Our datacenter partner in the Netherlands (for server hosting).
