This Service Level Agreement (“SLA”) sets out the service commitments of Fuzed Hosting, a sub-brand of 112 Nieuws Nederland, located at Van Brerostraat 59, 7312 VL Apeldoorn, The Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce: 71903496). This SLA forms part of the Terms of Service.
We target a monthly uptime of 99.9% for our hosting services. Uptime is measured at the network and power level of our datacenter in the Netherlands.
The uptime commitment does not apply to:
If uptime falls below 99.9% in a given month, customers may request a service credit. Credits are calculated as:
Credits must be requested via Discord ticket within 14 days after the month ends. Credits are applied to future invoices and have no cash value.
We perform best-effort backups (daily snapshots for web hosting, automatic backups on selected game server plans). However, customers are solely responsible for maintaining their own backups. We do not guarantee the integrity of backups.
Support is primarily provided via Discord. Standard support hours are 10:00–22:00 CET, with best-effort coverage outside these hours. Critical incidents (such as full service outages) are prioritized at all times.
Routine maintenance may be scheduled weekly on Sundays between 01:00–03:00 CET. During this time, services may be temporarily unavailable. Scheduled maintenance is excluded from uptime calculations.
Our total liability under this SLA is limited to the service credits described above. No further compensation is provided.
